Exploring Club company was established in 1991 in Herakleion of Crete having as its primary goal organisation of an excursion of many days by Jeep  round of Crete in seven days .. Grand Safari, as the programme was called, aimed at making familiar to the visitors of the island another, unknown world only a few kilometres far from the most frequented beaches and cosmopolitan resorts of the island. A world, built of stony villages deep in the massifs, and many kilometres of beautiful landscape and jeep gorges, which end up to stunning beaches with crystal clear water of the Libyan Sea, surrounding them. Since 1995 the company has changed its name in Exploring Club expanding in outdoor activities by organizing one-day excursions, as well not only for solitary clients but also for organized groups and Congresses. The company are separated in three main categories.
